1. Who we are

Kuta Mandalika Transfer provides airport transfers, point-to-point transport, private trips and tour packages in Lombok. Contact: WhatsApp +62 819-0754-4311, e-mail info@razmandalikatriguna.net.

2. What we collect

• Booking details you type in the form: name, WhatsApp number, pick-up and drop-off location, date and time, number of guests and luggage, flight number and notes.
• Website statistics (Google Analytics): pages viewed, approximate country/city, device type and how you found the site. These cookies are only set after you press “Accept” on the cookie notice.
• We do not ask for card numbers, bank details or passport data on this website. You pay your driver on arrival.

3. Why we use it

• To confirm your booking, assign a driver and reach you on the day of travel.
• To send you a booking confirmation and the driver's contact.
• To understand which pages and services visitors use, so we can improve the website.

4. Who receives it

Your booking details are sent to us through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and shared only with the driver assigned to your trip, and with a boat or activity operator when your booking includes one. Website statistics are processed by Google Analytics. We never sell your data and never send marketing to guests who did not ask for it.

5. How long we keep it

Booking messages stay in our WhatsApp history for as long as we need them for accounting and repeat guests. Google Analytics keeps visit statistics for up to 14 months. You can ask us to delete your booking data at any time.

6. Your choices

• Press “Decline” on the cookie notice and no analytics cookies are stored on your device.
• Message us on WhatsApp to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
• The website stores your language choice and cookie answer in your own browser. Clearing your browser data removes them.

7. Booking terms

• No deposit. You pay the driver in full on arrival — cash in Indonesian Rupiah, or bank transfer on the day.
• Confirmation. A booking is final once we reply on WhatsApp. The price shown on the website applies to the route and guest count you selected.
• Cancellation. Free of charge. Please tell us at least 3 hours before pick-up so the driver can be reassigned.
• Waiting time. Airport pick-up includes free waiting after landing; we track your flight number. Beyond the free waiting time, waiting is Rp 50,000 per hour.
• Night pick-up between 22:00 and 05:00 WITA has a Rp 50,000 surcharge, already included in the price shown.
• Extra stops are Rp 50,000 per stop. Prices are per vehicle, one way, and include the driver and fuel.
• Child seats are available on request at no extra cost — please write it in the notes.
• Delays and safety. Travel times depend on traffic, weather and road conditions. The driver may change the route for safety. We are not liable for missed flights or boats caused by conditions beyond our control, but we will always help you find the next option.
• All services include a driver. We do not rent self-drive cars or scooters.

8. Changes

If this page changes, the new date appears at the top. Prices on the website may change during high season; the price you are quoted and confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay.

1. Tentang kami

2. Data yang kami kumpulkan

• Data pemesanan dari formulir: nama, nomor WhatsApp, lokasi jemput dan tujuan, tanggal dan jam, jumlah tamu dan koper, nomor penerbangan, serta catatan.
• Statistik website (Google Analytics): halaman yang dibuka, perkiraan negara/kota, jenis perangkat, dan sumber kunjungan. Cookie ini baru aktif setelah Anda menekan “Setuju” pada pemberitahuan cookie.
• Kami tidak meminta nomor kartu, data rekening, atau data paspor di website ini. Pembayaran dilakukan langsung ke driver.

3. Tujuan penggunaan

• Mengonfirmasi pesanan, menugaskan driver, dan menghubungi Anda pada hari perjalanan.
• Mengirim konfirmasi pemesanan dan kontak driver.
• Memahami halaman dan layanan yang paling dibutuhkan tamu agar website bisa diperbaiki.

4. Siapa yang menerima data

Data pemesanan dikirim melalui WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) dan hanya dibagikan kepada driver yang bertugas, serta operator kapal atau aktivitas bila paket Anda memerlukannya. Statistik website diproses oleh Google Analytics. Kami tidak menjual data dan tidak mengirim promosi kepada tamu yang tidak memintanya.

5. Lama penyimpanan

Pesan pemesanan tersimpan di riwayat WhatsApp kami selama masih dibutuhkan untuk pembukuan dan tamu berulang. Google Analytics menyimpan statistik kunjungan maksimal 14 bulan. Anda dapat meminta penghapusan data kapan saja.

6. Pilihan Anda

• Tekan “Tolak” pada pemberitahuan cookie, maka tidak ada cookie analitik yang disimpan di perangkat Anda.
• Hubungi kami lewat WhatsApp untuk meminta salinan, perbaikan, atau penghapusan data Anda.
• Website menyimpan pilihan bahasa dan jawaban cookie di browser Anda sendiri. Menghapus data browser akan menghapusnya.

7. Ketentuan pemesanan

• Tanpa DP. Pembayaran penuh kepada driver saat bertemu — tunai dalam Rupiah atau transfer bank pada hari perjalanan.
• Konfirmasi. Pesanan sah setelah kami membalas di WhatsApp. Harga di website berlaku untuk rute dan jumlah tamu yang Anda pilih.
• Pembatalan. Gratis. Mohon kabari paling lambat 3 jam sebelum jemput agar driver dapat dialihkan.
• Waktu tunggu. Jemput bandara termasuk waktu tunggu gratis setelah mendarat; kami memantau nomor penerbangan. Lebih dari waktu tunggu gratis, biaya tunggu Rp 50.000 per jam.
• Jemput malam pukul 22.00–05.00 WITA dikenakan tambahan Rp 50.000, sudah termasuk pada harga yang ditampilkan.
• Titik singgah tambahan Rp 50.000 per titik. Harga per mobil, sekali jalan, sudah termasuk driver dan BBM.
• Kursi anak tersedia tanpa biaya tambahan — mohon tulis di kolom catatan.
• Keterlambatan & keselamatan. Waktu tempuh tergantung lalu lintas, cuaca, dan kondisi jalan. Driver dapat mengubah rute demi keselamatan. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas pesawat atau kapal yang terlewat akibat keadaan di luar kendali kami, tetapi kami akan membantu mencari jadwal berikutnya.
• Semua layanan dengan driver. Kami tidak menyewakan mobil atau motor lepas kunci.

8. Perubahan

Bila halaman ini berubah, tanggal pembaruan di atas ikut berubah. Harga di website dapat berubah pada musim ramai; harga yang berlaku adalah yang kami konfirmasi di WhatsApp.
